QC Termemilano is very close from Milano (take the bus for about 5 stops). It opens around 10 o'clock and you can eat at the buffet till 14:00 o'clock (check the hours again). There are many different sauna, pools and hot tubs.
Wellness and eating are the two most relaxing activities! Go earlier since there are less people there.
